Unless stated in listing your order will be sent with proof of postage .After 14 days if haven't received your item you will be given your proof of postage number where you can make a claim with royal mail .NOT RESPONSIBLE AFTER SHIPPING

Recorded delivery and special delivery and parcelforce 48 ,we will send you your tracking number on day of dispatch .If you don’t receive it in 28 days please use the tracking number provided to see status of your delivery and if you can not resolve any issues let us know and we can investigate and if necessary send you a replacement or refund if no movement in the postal system after 70 days from the date of sending . PLEASE NOT THAT AFTER 70 DAYS, IF YOU DON'T WANT A REPLACEMENT WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU THE COST OF THE ITEM NOT THE SHIPPING AS WE ARE NOT COVERED UNLESS WE SEND A REPLACEMENT .
